The Atlanta Korean Cultural Center (AKCC) was founded in 2008 by HyunSuk Yang. Since its establishment, AKCC has led performances at national, state, and local festivals to celebrate, honor, and promote Korean culture and traditions.
Our mission is to foster community connections through performing arts and cultural education, bringing people together through the beauty of Korean heritage.

애틀란타 한국 문화원은 (AKCC) 양현숙 대표에 의해 2008년에 설립되었습니다. 설립 이후 AKCC는 전국 및 주, 지역 단위의 여러 축제와 행사에서 한국 문화를 기념하고 알리기 위한 공연을 이끌어 왔습니다.
AKCC의 사명은 공연예술과 문화 교육을 통해 지역 사회와의 연결을 강화하고, 한국의 전통과 아름다움을 함께 나누는 데에 있습니다.

Hyun Suk Yang, Chief Executive President

Graduated from Columbia University with a dual Masters in Public Health and Social Work. Passionate about social justice and health equity. When not working, loves spending time with her dogs.
